As the Head of Growth, you will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that will drive customer engagement, increase revenue, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize our marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our growth strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in marketing, sales, and customer acquisition.
• Manage the budget for marketing and sales activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build strategic partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with the fitness industry and a passion for health and wellness.
