📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, support, and training.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure timely restocking.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular reports to the regional manager.
Participate in branch meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
