🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with luxury hotel or villa operations is a plus.
