📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage large-scale civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, such as SNI (Indonesian National Standard).
• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to maintain quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in civil engineering.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure engineering and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
