📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Track and manage all IT assets, including hardware, software, and network equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all IT assets using tools like ServiceNow or similar systems.
• Ensure the timely disposal or recycling of obsolete IT assets.
• Coordinate with vendors for the procurement and maintenance of IT assets.
• Monitor and report on the performance and utilization of IT assets.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT assets.
• Ensure compliance with IT asset management policies and procedures.
• Participate in IT asset audits and inventory checks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management.
• Proven experience with IT asset management tools such as ServiceNow, GLPI, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, or similar are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
