• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Utilize data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize routes and fleet availability using software like Route4Me.
• Implement and oversee the rollout of new features and technologies to improve the user experience.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drivers and team members.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and share best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the ride-hailing or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and software, including Google Analytics and Tableau.
• Certification in Operations Management or a related field is a plus.
