📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote products and services to potential customers in-store and through various marketing initiatives.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions, events, and campaigns.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including stocking and merchandising displays.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Assist in the training of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or promotional role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
