📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and evaluate patient needs to develop and implement nursing care plans.,Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the healthcare team.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.,Promote a safe and respectful work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and best practices.
