📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations,Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills,Promoting products and services to increase brand awareness and sales

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with retail sales software and systems,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
