📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and align programs with organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Experience with remote training and virtual learning environments.
