📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of applicants.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment between the organization's needs and the candidate's profile.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain open communication throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
