📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are properly stored and used.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in menu development and innovation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of baking techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience with menu development and cost control is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
