Global Pharmaceutical is looking for an Operations Staff to join our team in Bandung, Jawa Barat. As an Operations Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. This is an immediate opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the pharmaceutical industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of production tasks.,Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.,Assist in implementing process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing environment.,Participate in shift work as required to support the 24/7 production schedule.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations role in the pharmaceutical or related industry.,Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control procedures.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including shift work if required.,Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
