In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching sessions.,Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to learners.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the workplace.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
