📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate the sales promotion team to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Organize and participate in sales events, promotions, and trade shows.,Train and develop new team members to enhance their sales skills.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
