📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
