As an Internal Communication Intern, you'll work on a variety of projects, from drafting newsletters and social media posts to coordinating internal workshops and town hall meetings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in developing and implementing internal communication strategies and plans
• Create and curate engaging content for various internal channels, including newsletters, social media, and intranet
• Support the planning and execution of internal events, workshops, and town hall meetings
• Coordinate with department heads to gather information and ensure accurate messaging
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our employee handbook and other internal documents
• Provide administrative support to the internal communication team
• Contribute to the analysis of internal communication metrics and feedback
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communication

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and multimedia tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
