Berkah Budi Sembako is looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our retail sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of retail sites,Ensure that all sites meet safety and quality standards,Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project completion,Inspect sites regularly to identify and address any issues,Develop and implement maintenance plans for all sites,Train and supervise site staff,Work closely with the design team to ensure that all sites are built to the required specifications,Manage budgets and ensure that all projects are completed within the allocated budget

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with relevant software and tools,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle,Experience with budget management and financial reporting
