📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
