As a Deputy HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Director in managing our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.,Oversee performance management, including setting performance standards and conducting performance reviews.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Support the HR Director in strategic HR planning and development.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
