📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing, negotiating, and ordering materials and supplies.,Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities.,Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.,Assist in preparing and reviewing purchase orders and invoices.,Support the purchasing manager in developing and maintaining vendor relationships.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate better terms.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local business practices is a plus.
