📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Support IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure their IT needs are met.,Monitor and maintain IT security measures to protect company data.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Support the IT team in ensuring the availability and reliability of IT services.,Participate in IT training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and hardware/software.,Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux).,Familiarity with network protocols and basic networking concepts.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Proficient in using office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
