📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
