📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of line cooks to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used.,Train and mentor junior cooks to develop their skills and knowledge.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Work closely with the kitchen manager to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of food.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team of cooks.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well under supervision and as part of a team.
