Den Nest Sentosa is looking for a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our hotel.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and friendly welcome.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries, ensuring all guest needs are met.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservation information.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.,Manage front desk operations, including cash handling and payment processing.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Assist with event planning and coordination, if necessary.,Perform other duties as assigned to support the front desk operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus.
