Quick Camp Unggul is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and materials to support our operations. You will work closely with our suppliers and ensure that we are getting the best value for our money. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including identifying needs, sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and managing contracts.,Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure that we always have the necessary supplies on hand.,Track and analyze purchasing data to identify areas for cost savings and improvement.,Ensure that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies and plans.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Provide regular reports to management on purchasing activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contracts.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
