📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.

Monitor and maintain production schedules and budgets.

Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.

Train and mentor production staff.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Coordinate with other departments to meet production goals.

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a production environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of quality management systems and safety regulations.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience with production planning and scheduling software is a plus.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.

Valid driver's license is a plus.
