📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for operations.,Support the team in organizing and executing various events and activities.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of operational reports.,Help in the coordination of logistics and transportation for events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.,Assist in the planning and execution of training sessions and workshops.,Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management is a plus.,Knowledge of event planning and logistics is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
