📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to secure favorable terms and conditions.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products and services at competitive prices.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to procurement and contracts.,Prepare and analyze reports to track procurement performance and provide insights for decision-making.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and contract management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and contract management.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
