📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.,Provide technical support to end-users and ensure minimal downtime.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.,Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT maintenance or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security protocols.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
