Makmur Citra Laundry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the laboratory operations, ensuring the quality and safety of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a passion for maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Perform and supervise laboratory tests to ensure product quality and safety.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians on laboratory techniques and safety procedures.,Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure product compliance.,Monitor and maintain laboratory inventory and supplies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or concerns related to laboratory operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the laundry or textile industry.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, including but not limited to, chemical analysis, microbiology, and quality control methods.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
