📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.,Monitor stock levels and order replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstocking.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance productivity and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations.,Manage warehouse budget and resources to optimize operational costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in inventory management software and tools.,Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.,Familiarity with warehouse automation and technology is a plus.
