📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the logistics team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Manage and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or supply chain industry.,Strong understanding of logistics operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs is a plus.
