Glow Net Pratama is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Pontianak. This is an immediate opening and we are seeking a professional who is ready to hit the ground running.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.

Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Assist in the development of HR strategies and programs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using HR software and tools.

Familiarity with English is a plus.

Must be available to work in Pontianak.
