📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Demi Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Support the kitchen team in managing inventory and food costs.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and decision-making processes.,Ensure that all dishes are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards and customer expectations.,Help in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification.
