📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist dentists in performing a variety of dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Administer local anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment plans.
• Maintain and update patient records and medical histories.
• Assist in the management of the dental office, including scheduling appointments and managing patient communications.
• Stay updated on the latest dental technologies and practices through continuing education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role in a dental practice.
• Certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix or Practice Fusion.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
